An Oregon fisherman is home safe and sound after spending what can only be described as a creepy night alone on the waters of the Multnomah Channel.
The man whose name is not being released, set sail early Sunday morning on a 15-foot, white Glastron boat. He was by himself when he pushed off from the Scappoose banks, but promised to return by sunset.
When dusk fell and heavy fog began to roll in, there was no sign of the vessel or its lone occupant. As night progressed, the fog thickened hampering search efforts.
However, when dawn broke and the fog cleared, the 15-foot vessel returned to shore with it’s captain safe and sound.
